5 Stars are not enough. Chris and crew are the real deal. I booked my appointment online, nice option by the way. Explained the issue with my wife's Dakota, I thought it was a suspension problem. When I brought the truck in Chris asked more questions about the shimmy in the front end and said he would call, which he did a short time later and said the front end was tight and it was possible the front tires were out of balance. Turns out they were badly out of balance. They also fixed a a bad downstream 02 sensor. The Dakota is riding smooth and no more surging. The price was very fair, most of all my wife is happy. Chris was very helpful and easy to communicate with. I had taken my truck several places for a balance and alignment to correct a shaking issue. None of them fixed the problem. Wichita Tire & Alignment was the only place to do it the right way and correct the issue. Highly recommend.

AMAZING service. I called yesterday towards the end of business got an alignment from end camber was eating the outside edge of my tires and binding up my whole front end on turns) got a quote, they told me to have it in the next morning between 8-10 and they'd have it done by 5. I took off work for a bit today at 830, called them on my way, he told me they had picked up more business but they would try to get it done by end of business today but wasn't sure if they could. Not only did they get it done, but they got it done by 2!!! I HIGHLY recommend them. I really appreciate the quality of service

Great customer service, quick and professional work at reasonable prices! Had to reschedule my original appointment for new tires, as Wichita T&A had to order them since my car (88 acura legend) has an older size tire. A slight hassle for me, as I live outside Wichita, but Chris (the owner) worked with me to setup a new appointment when the tires arrived two days later at a time that worked for everyone. Quick service, little over an hour, for replacement and balance of new tires along with an alignment. The alignment was the first I've had on the car in years that was properly done. It drastically improved the handling of my car. Price for everything was quite reasonable. Will definitely return when I need tires again!

On a recent trip to Wichita Kansas to pick up our sons suv, we unexpectedly needed a set of tires, front end alignment, and oil change, before returning to Texas. We wish to thank Chris and his team at Wichita Tire and Alignment for their great customer service and attention to detail. Our suv ran beautifully on the way home, we absolutely love the tires, the ride was comfortable and quiet on the 400 mile trip. Also, The BG "tune up in a can" fuel additive really worked, We got 13 mpg on the first tank and 17 mpg on the last tank of fuel on the trip. They hit it out of the park again! Brought in my 1998 Tacoma that I put a whole new suspension on and within 3 hours of bringing it in, they had it back in spec. Trucks steering wheel is tight again with no slop and I can easily steer with 1 finger.

Needed an alignment for my truck, took it to two different shops in town, and after 4 attempts at getting it aligned correctly they couldn't get it right for some reason. Well with a crooked steering wheel and a hard pulling tonthe right I brought it to these guys! Had it fixed and driving like it's supposed to in a short time!! Definitely recommend! I hit a brick and busted a tire on my truck. The next morning I called Chris at WT&A and they were the only ones in town that had my Hankook tires in stock. As a DIYer I replaced some front end parts on a 320,000 mile Chevy tahoe and when i was done it was pulling to the right a little so I went to Wichita Tire & Alignment to see if they could help me and make an appointment. Very good experience with this place, returned for my appointment and an hour later it was done this vehicle has never driven this good since I have owned it, price was right, people were great. I had taken my pickup to two different dealerships to try to get work done and they kept telling me that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. To me there was definitely something wrong and it seemed like they did not want to do anything. My wife had looked up online for an alignment place and found Wichita Tire & Alignment with a really good rating. She called them and got an appointment. When I took the pickup in, they told me what was wrong and quoted what it would cost to fix the problems which included brakes, shocks, tires and alignment. I did not hesitate to set the appointment to get it done. After the work was completed, the pickup runs and drives totally fine. Integrity and honesty. Very smooth ride! I have had two vehicles done here alignment and tires and they did not try to upsell me, gave me choices instead. Service was quick and my tires and hubcaps didn't fall off afterwards. Even told me I did not need tires yet on one of the vehicles but I had them change them out anyway. Give them a chance they don't lie dealerships do. Update: had a vibration in my wheel but not for about a month, I think the tire wore in well anyway they fixed it. They definitely backup there work and I found out they do alot more than just tires and alignment. Hard to find honest people working on your vehicle these days and these guys are numero uno in my book.

Everything went perfect! No scratches on my wheels after mounting the tires. Drives perfectly straight. Mechanic and service writer are both very knowledgeable. I trust them to service my performance vehicles and daily drivers. Payment process was handled so nice and made the process hassle-free. Very reasonably priced for labor and I didn't feel like I was getting hosed nor was I sold unnecessary products. They were helpful in accommodating me so I didn't have to miss work while my vehicle was serviced! This shop will be the only one I trust to work on all of my vehicles! I took my truck in due to a shimmy at higher speeds after the rotate and balance at Discount Tire didn't fix it. These guys did a front end alignment and my truck still shimmied. I asked them to redo the rotate and balance; now my old truck runs up the road at 80mph like a new truck again. Hasta la vista Discount Tire.

Had front end work done recently on my 05 Tahoe. These guys do amazing work. I was actually expecting to pay a little more thinking an alignment would be necessary too. They checked alignment and it was fine. So many other places try to upsale on things you may not need. Not these guys. Honest mechanics are hard to find. Prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. I was able to get an appointment on the same day I called. They showed me damage I had done to my vehicle & told me what could happen if I continued to drive it. They were able to order parts & begin repairs that afternoon, and finished the work early the next morning. I was taken out to the shop and shown what was done to correct the alignment. They also showed me some potential problems that will need attention in the near future. GREAT HONEST FAMILY SHOP!! We've used Wichita Tire for 2 full sets and a set of 2 in recent past. Every time they've been very professional quick and courteous! What most impressed me I sent my grandma to them with a bad tire on her van and they only recommended and replaced the 1 bad tire. Most shops would of pushed for her to replace atleast 2 when 2nd wasn't needed. I WILL recommend them to anyone and everyone I can! And they got us some great deals on all the tires we've bought.

Took my 2012 Altima Coupe SR in that was lowered on BC BR style racing coil-overs, set to the lowest setting. They were able to complete the alignment with no damage to my wheels, fenders, or fender wells and the steering wheel is straight as an arrow! Will definitely be back for my other cars/trucks. Great group of people here. Went to another place prior to this and they wanted to charge over $800 for tie rods and sway bar links before even doing the alignment. I ended up replacing them myself and took my car here to get aligned. I was in and out in less than 1 hour. They didn't try to BS me or upsell me any other services.
